We provide personal care to people as part of the support that they require to live in their own homes or share a place with others; we have been giving essential companionship, comfort, and compassion to those who need extra care in their own homes for over ten years. We're here to support you with the home care you need, whether that be dementia care, help with household tasks or preparing freshly cooked meals. We ensure a healthy, happy life with choice and independence.

Understanding you

We are communication specialists. We will take time to understand your way of interacting, be it through speech, sign, symbols, objects of reference, gestures or body language, will assist you to express what matters to you – your likes and dislikes; your insufficiencies, goals and aspirations. Then we will make sure these are clearly recognised by everyone.
01. Housing and individual support
We take a person-centred approach. We will make sure that you are at the heart of planning and developing your service, giving you more choice, control and independence.
02. Residential care
Our support extends to adapting your physical space – so that there is a suitable use of lighting and colour contrasts, and we make the best use of technology to support you to communicate and make choices.
03. Individual Support
Our care is extremely adaptive, developing as your needs change, but always remaining compassionate and elegant, whether you require assistance with daily activities, personal care or managing a complex condition like dementia.
04. Our Care assistants are:
Subject to a rigorous interview process, including national background checks and personal and professional reference reviews.

Free download resources

By helping with daily activities, our carers enable clients to maintain their normal daily routines. Hourly home care allows clients to use our carers on an hourly or as-needed basis.

Hi to everyone, especially those who go to ……….. The district nurses came whilst I was visiting. His sore heel is healing very well and she also commented on how good his skin is looking, her comment was “ he is obviously getting the best/excellent care from his carers “ and she said she is so pleased to see his hoisting being done properly. She said she sees so many carers not doing a good job. Keep up the hard work.
